Return and Refund Policy for Santiago Clothing

Thank you for choosing Santiago Clothing for your T-shirt purchases! We are committed to your satisfaction, and our Return and Refund Policy ensures a seamless process for handling returns and refunds.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The T-shirt must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@santiagoclothing.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the T-shirt and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: Returns without prior approval or a valid RAN will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective Products: Santiago Clothing covers the cost of return shipping and provides a prepaid return label.
  • For Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us immediately at support@santiagoclothing.com.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on your preference.

Exchanges

We process exchanges for:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Size exchanges (subject to availability).

Refunds

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence or misuse.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
